2. Hardware Procurement & Warranties

When purchasing hardware (Laptops, Desktops, or Servers) through Prism Ecomm Services:

• Orders & Pricing: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Prices are subject to change based on market distribution costs but will be locked once an explicit invoice or quotation is agreed upon.

• Manufacturer Warranty: All hardware sold comes with standard manufacturer warranties. Prism Ecomm Services acts as the procurement partner and assists with standard technical claims, but is not directly liable for hardware manufacturing defects.

3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

For clients enrolled in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

• Coverage: AMC services cover proactive system monitoring, general hardware care, optimization, and prompt technical support as outlined in your specific contract agreement.

• Client Cooperation: To fulfill maintenance routines, the client must grant our authorized technicians necessary and secure access (physical or remote) to the covered systems.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

• Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchased products or service subscriptions in a timely manner.

• Late Payments: Failure to clear invoices within the stipulated credit timelines may result in a temporary suspension of active subscription services (such as Email Hosting or Cloud Backup) or a pause in AMC support.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and layout designs present on this Site are the exclusive property of Prism Ecomm Services or its licensors.
